The term Raggler was inspired by the movie Usual Suspects. The word is never used in the movie, but was coined in an attempt to describe the way Kevin Spacey’s character, Keyser Soze, manipulated the world around him to meet his agenda. Similar to how Grand Master Chess players know all their opponents moves ahead of time, Raggler’s have uncanny ability to put the needed pieces into place to achieve their goals.
